  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for materials, equipment, or services.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) based on approved requisitions.
  • Follow up on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and lead times.
  • Maintain and update supplier information, price lists, and purchasing records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or operations team for restocking needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up on delays, discrepancies, or incomplete shipments.
  • ·  Support in vendor performance evaluation and supplier relationship management.
  • Liaise with finance and accounting departments for invoice verification and payment processing.
  • ·Prepare procurement reports and documentation for audits or internal review.
  • Maintain proper filing of procurement documents including POs, quotations, contracts, and correspondence.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate/ Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing support role is preferred
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and local language.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management and organizational abilities.

    Salary : 500,000 MMKS
