- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for materials, equipment, or services.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) based on approved requisitions.
- Follow up on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and lead times.
- Maintain and update supplier information, price lists, and purchasing records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or operations team for restocking needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up on delays, discrepancies, or incomplete shipments.
- · Support in vendor performance evaluation and supplier relationship management.
- Liaise with finance and accounting departments for invoice verification and payment processing.
- ·Prepare procurement reports and documentation for audits or internal review.
- Maintain proper filing of procurement documents including POs, quotations, contracts, and correspondence.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate/ Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing support role is preferred
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and local language.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
Salary : 500,000 MMKS
