- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with CTZPay’s business goals.
- Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints and platforms.
- Create and manage content including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, marketing materials, video scripts, and social media copy.
- Manage external communications including media relations, press events, and PR campaigns.
- Oversee internal communications, including employee engagement messages and internal brand alignment initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with digital, product, and partnership teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration.
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and offline activations to support growth and engagement.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, media reach, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, influencers, and other partners.
- Ensure all communication reflects the brand tone and values of CTZPay.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or related roles.
- Strong background in Branding, Product Portfolio Development, content creation, storytelling, and campaign development.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, public relations, and media strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Burmese.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, especially in digital platforms and mobile applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and lead external partners.
- Prior experience in fintech, mobile wallets, or digital products is a strong advantage
